Adequate metal stiffeners reinforcement is strongly recommended for fence pickets.

Rails also require metal reinforcement.

The use of a midrail is recommended to reduce bowing of profiles.

Ensure there is enough clearance between the pickets and the rails. If the pickets are binding against the rail, it will cause excessive bowing with expansion and contraction.

Darker colors will bow more than light colors.

Profiles will expand and contract depending on temperature variation and will vary more on longer lengths and darker colors.

Do not install or store near fire pits, grills, bbq or any other heat sources.

Do not store products using clear shrink wrap, it will cause warping.

Make sure any wrapping or protection does not retain heat, it will cause warping.

Make sure you test your product design, fence design, fence panel height, fence panel length or application design when using vinyl profiles and use proper metal reinforcement to avoid bowing or warping of pickets, rails and posts.
